to change. Customers who wish to change or update their rate plan must contact
Acceris Communications customer support directly. Rates will not update
automatically with the introduction of a new standard product rate plan. Calls
are billed in one-minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next
full minute. Business multi-line accounts will be charged a $4.31 per line, per
month presubscribed line charge (PICC). International Special Services
termination rates apply for calls terminating to mobile devices, military bases,
other wireless devices including pagers, personal computers, personal digital
assistants and to toll services such as Information Services (automated systems
like banking information) and premium rate numbers (such as betting lines and
Lottery results). Further, many countries offer in-country numbering plans, not
designed to be accessed from outside the country. Federal USF fees apply on all
service except IntraState tolls. Rates do not apply to Directory Assistance,
Payphone or Operator Assisted calls. A Low Usage Fee of $2.95 per line will be
incurred for any month that service is used and $5.00 in usage has not been
accumulated. Customers selecting LEC billing will receive their charges on the
WorldxChange Bill Page of the Local Exchange Carrier Bill. Some customers may be
billed by USBI on behalf of WorldxChange. These charges will appear on the USBI
portion of their bill. Pre-subscribed customers can cancel their service anytime
by calling Acceris Customer Support or by contacting their local telephone
company whose phone number is listed on their local telephone bill. Additional
